Designing for Career Happiness
The Bauke Group helps individuals and businesses discover a path toward greater “career happiness.” They were looking for brand assistance and a website that could communicate their identity in a way that felt approachable, professional, and engaging.
I developed the visual direction for the brand and website, creating a system of clean layouts, custom iconography, typography, color, and photography that made complex ideas easier to understand while giving the brand a distinct personality. The result was a website designed to feel as thoughtful and human as the work The Bauke Group does.
The website originally launched in May 2023. While some of the content and pages have since been updated, the fonts, colors, iconography, and core visual direction remain from the original design.
