Butler County Workforce Veterans Campaign

The goal of Butler County Workforce is to get people hired! This specific campaign was aimed at guiding and assisting veterans in the process of landing a post-military civilian career in which they felt like a valued team member. We accomplished this by creating social media posts, emails, videos, and a landing page for any potential veterans to interact with.

Through this campaign we saw double the amount of Veteran engagement than that of the previous year (58 veterans in 2022 to 123 veterans in 2023).
