Nature Valley Snack Packaging and Rebrand

For a class project, I was given the assignment to work with Nature Valley as they “launch their product into a new distribution channel.” They would present their snacks in a new "sharable snack pack." The goals of this project were to rebrand the company logo, understand die lines and bleed related to carton structure, and obtain other material including nutrition information.

I rebranded the logo in a way that I thought was visually interesting and more compact than the previous logo. The colors I chose were earthy and calm. For the background on the packaging, I wanted to challenge myself by digitally painting a nature scene with a valley that was vibrant and exciting to look at. I really like how my work turned out, but if I were to do it again, I may choose earthier tones for a new background!
